Whooping cough cases increase

Order Your Repeat Prescription Online

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Repeat prescriptions require 48 hours notice and should be made in writing, preferably on the repeat prescription print out. We can post your prescription to you if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Alternatively you can order your prescription using our online service. We also require 48 hours notice for this.

Your prescription can be sent to a pharmacy of your choice if you indicate this. However, if you have not already registered with a Chemist you will need to sign a form at your chosen Chemist to enable us to send your prescription to them.

We avoid arranging prescriptions over the telephone as this can lead to errors. Urgent prescriptions will be dealt with as soon as possible.
