REGISTRATION 

registrationPatients are registered with the practice.  We will endeavour to fit you in with a GP of your choice if possible.  When you register as a patient, please bring with you your medical card. 

You will be given a health questionnaire to complete and offered an appointment for a medical examination. 

Please inform us promptly of any changes in name, address or telephone number.


TEMPORARY RESIDENTS

If you have friends or family staying with you and they need to be seen at the surgery, please telephone with their details when making an appointment.
