Whooping cough cases increase

CHILD HEALTH SURVEILLANCE

Developmental assessments are by appointment with the doctor. Your Health Visitor will give you details. Childhood immunisations are carried out on Thursday afternoon between 2-4pm. If required, immunisations can be booked at other times. We provide baby changing facilities.

Test Results

tests_and_results Results of investigations will only be given to the patients themselves or to the parent/guardian of children. You may be asked to make an appointment for the result.

Please telephone after 2.00 pm for your result.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.

Non-NHS Services

chd Medical examinations including HGV medicals, taxi medicals, pre-employment medicals and insurance medicals can be arranged by appointment.

These services fall outside the NHS and a fee will be charged.
